Hi there! I’m so excited to share a little about myself and my journey to functional medicine. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and started my career in critical care as a bedside nurse. During those years, I witnessed firsthand how precious and fragile life can be—it shaped my passion for helping people live healthier, fuller lives.

I earned my certification as a Functional RN through the Functional Medicine Academy to expand my ability to make a meaningful impact. My mission? To go beyond quick fixes and help YOU take control of your health with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to thrive.
